Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

  1. Cancellation of confirmed booking by 15 days prior notice shall incur no cancellation charge.
  2. Cancellation of booking between 7 to 14 days prior notice shall incur 50% charge of the room rate.
  3. Cancellation of booking with less than 7 days prior notice shall incur one day charge of room rate.
  4. In the event a Seafarer residing at the club is required to curtail his/her stay will incur one day charge of room rate.
  5. Room rate for above purpose shall be the room rate of the room booked by the seafarer.
  6. Bookings cannot be postponed or transferred to another name.

Refund

  1. Where a refund is due, Seafarer to provide his/her account number, bank name , address and IFSC code.
  2. Refund will be made within 7 days by NEFT transfer to seafarer’s bank account.
  3. All refunds will be less bank charges, if applicable.
  4. No refund will be made to NRI/NRE accounts.
